COMMISSIONING OF NEW FACILITIES: Commissioning involves integrating energy management and control solutions through technology-neutral systems that will allow a new facility to immediately begin reaping the benefits of lower monthly utility bills.
RE-COMMISSIONING OF EXISTING FACILITIES: Aztec's Re-commissioning Team is World Class and will perform an in-depth analysis of your needs, providing you with any necessary controls upgrades, and ultimately setting up all of your systems (refrigeration, lighting schedules, Anti-sweats, air-balancing) to achieve optimized energy consumption and maximized savings. On average, we have demonstrated a savings of 8.8% in total utility costs.
REMODELS AND RETROFITS OF EXISTING FACILITIES: We partner with our customers to insure energy efficient projects are accomplished on-time, under budget, and guarantee the savings.
